Sharing Personal Information

When you submit an opt-out request for sale of digital trackers or for targeted advertising, please note this will only apply to the specific browser from which you sent the signal because the connection between your browser identifier and other personal information we have about you is not known to us.

Verification of Personal Information Requests
For certain personal information requests, we must first verify your identity before processing your request. To do so, we may ask you to provide us with your full name, contact information, and relationship to AutoPLai. Depending on the details and nature of your request, we may ask you to provide additional information. Once we receive this information, we will then review it and determine whether we are able to match it to the information AutoPLai maintains about you to verify your identity.

Please keep in mind that opting out of marketing emails may impact our ability to allow you access to certain offers, benefits and features. Please also note that even if you opt-out of receiving certain marketing emails, that opt-out may not apply to other transactional or legal communications that you may continue to receive from us, such as customer service messages, messages about your account or transactions with us, notices about our policies and terms, and emails responding to your communications with us or requests for information that we receive from you.
How We Protect Personal Information

Direct Marketing and “Do Not Track” Signals
California residents are entitled to contact us to request information about whether we have disclosed Personal Information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Under the California “Shine the Light” law, California residents may opt out of our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
