In the preceding twelve (12) months, AutoPLai has sold Personal Information it has collected to our third party clients for their business and commercial purposes. For example, AutoPLai licenses Personal Information to our clients for the purposes of enabling and improving their marketing and advertising campaigns from identifying potentially interested consumers to measuring the effectiveness of their marketing and advertising campaigns.

AutoPLai does not knowingly sell Personal Information about consumers younger than 18 for the purpose of marketing or advertising directly to the minor.

Your Failure to Provide Personal Information

Your provision of Personal Information is required in order to use certain Services and programs. In some instances, if you fail to provide such Personal Information, you may not be able to access and use our Services, or parts of our Services.

Our Retention of Your Personal Information

We may use and retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is being processed, to carry out legitimate business interests, and to comply with applicable legal requirements (such as applicable statutes of limitation).

After expiry of the applicable retention periods, your Personal Information will be deleted. If there is any data that we are unable, for technical reasons, to delete entirely from our systems, we will put in place appropriate measures to prevent any further use of such data.

Residents of certain US states may have basic rights under applicable privacy and data protection laws related to the Personal Information we process about you. The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), and other State Privacy Regulations, provide individuals with specific rights regarding their Personal Information that AutoPLai extends to all Data Subjects within these jurisdictions.

Please note, we may be required to verify your identity before we can process any of the requests described in this Section; and at our discretion, deny your request if we are unable to adequately verify your identity. AutoPLai currently limits the use of sensitive Personal Information to only that which is necessary for providing products or services.

To designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, you must provide a valid power of attorney, the requester’s valid government-issued identification, and the authorized agent’s valid government issued identification.

Verification of Personal Information Requests

For certain personal information requests, we must first verify your identity before processing your request. To do so, we may ask you to provide us with your full name, contact information, and relationship to AutoPLai. Depending on the details and nature of your request, we may ask you to provide additional information. Once we receive this information, we will then review it and determine whether we are able to match it to the information AutoPLai maintains about you to verify your identity.

providers acting on our behalf, have sent you a promotional email, you may use the “unsubscribe” link or send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. Please keep in mind that opting out of marketing emails may impact our ability to allow you access to certain offers, benefits and features.
